Without an ounce of drama, I can truly say that RYC® changed my life. With RYC® I learned to love and trust my body. To see and treat it like a wonderful part of who I am instead of like a broken pathetic taxi to carry my brain around in. I love my life. I live pain-free. I have a truly functional core and no prolapse symptoms. I have strength and mobility in my joints. Last year I completed two 36 mile cycling races and I owe it all to RYC®. Are you a human?? Then you need this program!! Your body and soul will reap life changing benefits.

* Please note, this is not a rehab program, if you need core and pelvic floor rehab, please begin with RYC®

I love that I can check in with my body and whether it is telling me I need to stretch or strengthen or flow, RYC® Prime will have the class for me. If my back is cranky or my shoulders or neck are tight, I can search for classes that can help me recover and they actually work. It’s been empowering for me to know I have a platform I can turn to for all of these needs. Thanks Lauren Ohayon.

Got questions?

RYC® is a whole-body movement program that rebuilds core and pelvic floor function. It is built for anyone who wants to move without leaking, pain, or pressure — postpartum or not, and at any age.

The program runs for twelve weeks with a new module each week. Each module layers movement, breath, and alignment work so change compounds rather than being a set of isolated exercises.

RYC® FIT is our online fitness studio membership: smart, playful, accessible classes for all bodies. It is a fitness membership rather than a rehab program.

Pro Training certifies movement and health professionals to teach the RYC® method to their own clients.

Many members come to RYC® with leaking, prolapse, or pressure symptoms and see meaningful change. RYC® is not a substitute for medical care — see a clinician for diagnosis.

Leaking when you cough, sneeze, or run; a feeling of heaviness or bulging; back or hip pain; and a core that domes or bulges during effort are all common signs.

Yes. The program addresses the pressure system that manages prolapse symptoms, and many members report a reduction in symptoms and a return to activities they had given up.

It is designed to be. Start once you have been cleared by your care provider, and the early modules meet you where you are rather than assuming a fitness base.

Most programs isolate the core. RYC® treats the pelvic floor as part of a whole-body pressure system, so ribs, breath, feet, and hips are all part of the work.

Kegels train one muscle group to squeeze. If the problem is pressure management, alignment, or a pelvic floor that is already too tight, squeezing harder does not resolve it.

Yes — back pain, hip pain, and rib flare are commonly reported alongside core and pelvic floor symptoms, and the program addresses them as part of the same system.

RYC® works well alongside pelvic floor physical therapy. Many members do both, and many pelvic floor PTs recommend RYC® as the movement half of their clients recovery.

Very little. A mat and a wall will cover most of the program; a few modules use a small ball or a strap, both of which are easy to substitute.

Yes. Members get access to a private community, and our free Facebook group of 35,000+ women is open to anyone.
