The Restore Your Core® (RYC®) 12-Week program is an online program created by pelvic floor and core movement specialist Lauren Ohayon to help individuals heal core and pelvic floor issues such as diastasis recti, prolapse, incontinence, and chronic pain. Unlike traditional approaches that rely on kegels or crunches, RYC® offers a whole-body, movement-based method that integrates breathwork, posture, and nervous system regulation. The program is available in three tracks: Essentials (self-guided), Guided (structured with daily workouts and modifications), and Coached (includes personalized one-on-one support).
